• Consultation & Assessment Session

    All new clients meet for a 60 minute Goals Interview & Fitness/Mobility Assessment. Our initial meeting is dedicated to outlining your fitness goals and gaining understanding on how you like to train.  We will assess your current fitness level and discuss any physical conditions or limitations that need accommodating. The outcomes of this meeting are incorporated into your plan and guide how we most effectively work together towards your fitness goals.

  • One - on - One Studio Sessions

    Each training session meets for 60 minutes. Sessions include strength & conditioning, flexibility training, and diet instruction. These programs also include weekly fitness workouts designed to aid in your overall fitness progression. Program packages: 4 sessions per month (Stretch Package) or 8 sessions per month (Flex Package).

  • Reboot Training Session

    These sessions are one time private training session and assessments. Session include, body mechanics instruction, flexibility training, and diet instruction. Sessions may be used as an introduction to fitness or a refresher to Reboot your fitness program

  • 2-Flex

    Training Package for 2 individuals includes 5 training sessions of 60 minutes each. Sessions include strength & conditioning, flexibility training, and diet instruction. This package is ideal for couples and fitness partners needing additional accountability or simply have short term fitness goals requiring focused instruction. All sessions to be used within one month.

  • One - on -One Home Sessions

    Home training sessions include fitness programming for in and around your home. Home training sessions focus on strength & conditioning, flexibility training, and diet instruction. Sessions may also include home gym instruction and design. This includes fitness equipment consultation and set up to enhance your home fitness space and experience. Program packages: 4 sessions per month (Home Stretch Package) or 8 sessions per month (Home Flex Package).
